Installation
Don't want to install it yourself? Just send your hosting credentials to the SMM Panel Guy team on WhatsApp and they'll do the entire installation for free. Most panels are live within 2–4 hours of purchase.
Download your QuickPanel v3.1.6 ZIP from the purchase email. Extract and upload all files to your hosting's public_html folder (or a subdirectory if you prefer) using cPanel File Manager or FTP (FileZilla).
In your hosting control panel, create a new MySQL database and a database user with full privileges. Save these three values: database name, username, and password — you'll need them in the setup wizard.
In cPanel, go to Select PHP Version and make sure you are on PHP 7.4. Enable the required extensions listed in the Requirements section above. Click Save.
Visit the installer URL in your browser:
Follow the on-screen steps. Enter your database credentials when prompted. The wizard will create all tables and seed the initial data automatically.
At the end of the wizard, set your admin email and password. Log in at yourdomain.com/admin to complete your panel setup: add your site name, logo, currency, and payment gateways.
Set up the cron job as described in the next section. This enables automated order processing and is essential for a working panel.
After installation, delete or protect the /install directory to prevent unauthorized re-installation.
Cron Job Setup
Cron jobs power QuickPanel's automation engine — order status updates, provider syncing, email notifications, and more. Without a running cron, orders will not process automatically. Set it up once and forget it.
*/1 * * * * /usr/bin/curl -s "https://yourdomain.com/cronjobs/main.php?token=YOURTOKEN" >/dev/null 2>&1
| Task | Frequency | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Order Status Sync | Every minute | Fetches updated status from provider APIs |
| Auto-fulfillment | Every minute | Sends new orders to provider APIs automatically |
| Email Notifications | Every minute | Sends order completion emails to users |
| Update Log Checks | Every minute | Detects service price / limit changes from providers |
Token: Replace YOURTOKEN with the token shown in your Admin Panel → Cron Jobs settings page.
curl path: The path /usr/bin/curl is standard for most cPanel hosts. If it doesn't work, run which curl via SSH or ask your host for the correct binary path.
cPanel setup: Go to cPanel → Advanced → Cron Jobs → Add New Cron Job. Set interval to * * * * * (every minute) and paste the command above.

User Panel Features
Child Panel System
The child panel system lets you create sub-reseller panels under your main QuickPanel installation. Each child panel runs on its own domain, has its own branding and pricing, and is fully managed from your admin. This is how operators scale from one panel to a network of reseller panels — for zero extra cost.
| Capability | Main Panel | Child Panel |
|---|---|---|
| Custom Domain | Yes | Yes |
| Custom Branding / Logo | Yes | Yes |
| Independent Pricing | Yes | Yes |
| Own User Accounts | Yes | Yes |
| Managed From Parent Admin | N/A | Yes |
| Extra Cost Per Panel | $0 | $0 |
Unlimited domains. Your $13 QuickPanel license allows unlimited domains and unlimited child panels. If you want to run 5 panels in 5 countries, that's $13 total — not $13 × 5.
Payment Gateways
QuickPanel supports 9 payment gateways out of the box — covering Africa, Asia, Europe, and global crypto payments. Activating any gateway requires zero coding. Just go to Admin → Payment Gateways, paste your API keys into the fields provided, toggle the gateway on, and your customers can start depositing immediately.
How it works: Each gateway has its own settings page inside the admin panel. The fields shown below map directly to what you'll see on screen. Copy your keys from your provider dashboard, paste them in, hit Save — done. No php.ini, no file editing, no SSH needed.
| Gateway | Best For | Currency | Type | Keys Needed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fapshi | Cameroon / Francophone Africa | XAF | Mobile Money | API User · API Key |

Always test in sandbox first. Every gateway supports a test/sandbox mode. Run at least 2–3 test transactions before going live to confirm wallet crediting works end-to-end on your panel.
Integrations
QuickPanel's Integrations page lets you connect analytics tools, chat buttons, and custom scripts to every page of your panel — with zero coding. You paste a code or ID into a field, hit Save, and it loads across your entire website automatically.
This works because QuickPanel's layout system has a single master template that wraps every page. When you save an integration, the script reads it from the database and injects it into the right place — inside <head> for tracking scripts, and before </body> for chat buttons and custom code. You never touch a file.
Where to find it: Log into your admin panel and go to Admin → Integrations. Each integration has its own field. Fill in what you need, leave the rest blank, and hit Save Changes. Only enabled integrations load — blank fields are silently ignored.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracks every visitor on your panel — where they came from, what pages they viewed, how long they stayed, and whether they signed up or placed an order. It's the single most important analytics tool for growing your panel business.
Go to analytics.google.com → Admin → Create Property. Enter your panel name and time zone. Select Web as the platform.
In your GA4 property go to Admin → Data Streams → your stream → Measurement ID. It looks like this:
In your admin panel navigate to:
Paste your ID (e.g. G-A1B2C3D4E5), click Save Changes. GA4 will begin tracking within 24–48 hours.
What gets injected automatically: QuickPanel outputs the full gtag.js script tag with your Measurement ID inside <head> on every page. You don't write any JavaScript — just paste the ID.
Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a tag container — once installed, you can add any marketing or analytics tag (GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, etc.) through the GTM interface without ever touching your panel's code again. It's recommended over installing each tool separately.
GTM vs GA4: If you use GTM, you can add GA4 through GTM — you don't need to fill in both fields. Just use GTM and manage everything from the GTM dashboard. Only use the GA4 field directly if you're not using GTM.
Go to tagmanager.google.com → Create Account → set your panel domain as the container → select Web.
Your Container ID is shown at the top of the GTM workspace. It looks like:
QuickPanel injects the GTM <script> snippet inside <head> and the required <noscript> fallback right after <body> on every page — exactly as Google requires.
Yandex Metrica is a free analytics platform — arguably more powerful than GA4 for visual insights. It includes heatmaps, session recordings, click maps, form analytics, and scroll depth tracking at no cost. Great for understanding how users interact with your panel's order page.
Go to metrica.yandex.com → Add Counter → enter your panel name and URL → click Create.
Your Counter ID is an 8-digit number shown on the counter list and at the top of the counter settings page:
Just the number — no quotes, no extra characters. QuickPanel builds the full tracking script around it and loads it on every page.
Heatmaps & recordings: After saving, go back to your Yandex Metrica dashboard and enable Webvisor (session recordings) and Click Map in your counter settings to unlock the visual tools.
When enabled, a green WhatsApp button floats in the bottom-right corner of every page on your panel. Visitors click it and it opens a WhatsApp chat with your number — no app download needed on desktop (opens web.whatsapp.com), opens the app directly on mobile.
Include your country code — no spaces, no dashes:
Flip the Enable WhatsApp Button toggle to On and click Save Changes. The button appears instantly on every page. Toggle it off any time to hide it without losing your number.
Optional pre-filled message: You can also set a default message that opens pre-typed in WhatsApp — for example: "Hi, I need help with my order." Set this in the Pre-filled Message field below your number.
When enabled, a blue Telegram button floats just above the WhatsApp button (or alone if WhatsApp is off) on every page. Clicking it opens a Telegram chat with your username or bot. Works on both desktop and mobile.
Just the username — no @ symbol, no t.me/ prefix:
Works for personal accounts and bots equally. If you use a bot, enter the bot's username.
Enable the toggle and click Save Changes. The button appears on every page immediately. If both WhatsApp and Telegram are enabled, they stack vertically in the bottom-right corner — Telegram above WhatsApp.
<head> on every page — Meta Pixel, Hotjar, live chat, anythingThe Custom Head Code textarea is a universal slot — paste any raw HTML, <script> tag, <link> tag, or <meta> tag here and it will be injected inside <head> on every single page of your panel. No file editing required.
<link> tags, Google Fonts, etc.Paste trusted code only. This field injects directly into your pages with no filtering. Only paste code from official tool dashboards (Meta, TikTok, Hotjar, etc.) — never paste scripts from untrusted sources.
</body> — chat widgets, pop-ups, conversion scriptsThe Custom Body Code textarea works exactly like Custom Head Code but injects just before </body> instead. Some tools specifically require their code here — most live chat widgets, pop-up tools, and retargeting scripts load better at the bottom of the page.
Head vs Body — which to use? If the tool's documentation says "paste before </head>" → use Custom Head Code. If it says "paste before </body>" or "at the bottom of the page" → use Custom Body Code. When unsure, body is usually safer for performance.

Updating the Script
Always back up both your files and database before applying any update. This takes 5 minutes and can save hours of recovery work.
In cPanel, use Backup Wizard to download a full backup of your files and database. Store this safely before proceeding.
You'll receive update packages via WhatsApp or email from the SMM Panel Guy team. All updates are free — lifetime, no exceptions.
Upload the update files to your server, replacing the existing ones. Do not delete your config.php or any custom files unless the update notes specifically require it.
If the update includes a migration script, run it by visiting yourdomain.com/migrate or following the specific instructions in the update notes.
Clear any application or browser cache, then test placing an order, logging in as a user, and checking the admin dashboard to confirm everything is working correctly.
